A Small Motivational Story<\/strong>

\nOne day a man was walking in a stone quarry where a number of stonemasons were cutting and shaping huge blocks of granite. The work was hard, and most of the men were sweating and swearing as they chipped and split the stones with their hammers and chisels.
\nThe man decided to speak to the masons. \u201cWhat are you doing, he asked?\u201d The reply was, \u201cWhat does it look like we are doing? We are cutting stones!\u201d
\n 
\nOne man stood out as different from the rest. He was smiling and singing a tune as he worked happily cutting away at the big blocks.
\n\u201cWhat are you doing?\u201d the man asked as he had asked all the others.
\nThe stonecutter stopped his work, looked up at the visitor and replied, \u201cI\u2019m building a Cathedral.\u201d
\n 
\nThus, here is the motivation\u00a0comes. The stonemason turns raw materials into an attractive building. Meditation enables us to \u201cassemble\u201d facts into a coherent pattern or structure. And thus generate motivation towards the work i.e. towards\u00a0success<\/a>.
\n <\/p>\n

Motivation can achieve by learning physical tasks:<\/h2>\n

Writing for the U.S. National Mental Health and Education Center, Dr.\u00a0Fred Provenzano says that learning physical tasks can add to your \u201csense of\u00a0self-reliance<\/a>\u00a0and general confidence\u201d and \u201ccan also foster self-discipline and order, which are foundations for successful employment.\u201d
