{"id":13219,"date":"2019-03-21T01:00:09","date_gmt":"2019-03-21T01:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/networkmarketingdaily.com\/?p=12150"},"modified":"2019-03-21T01:00:09","modified_gmt":"2019-03-21T01:00:09","slug":"do-you-deserve-to-have-money","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wisebusinessuniversity.com\/blog\/business\/do-you-deserve-to-have-money\/","title":{"rendered":"Do You Deserve to Have Money?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Do You Deserve to Have Money?<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the things that stops people from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">having money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is their belief that they deserve to have money. <\/span><br \/>\n<b>WHAT SOME PEOPLE SAY:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a protection.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> makes you secure, and happy.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> answers every need.\u201d For example, money can buy the things you need to survive\u2014such as food and medicine.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Money also helps you to take care of your family.\u00a0\u00a0It is wise to use money responsibly, and honestly. <\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People have thoughts that they do or do not deserve <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014 and even those who deserve it tend to have a limit on how much they really deserve. People think, not from abundance, but from scarcity, and don\u2019t even know they\u2019re doing that.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the conversations\u2014both with themselves, and with others\u2014that people hear are:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, if I had all that money, I\u2019d probably be evil . . . I\u2019d become a tightwad . . . I\u2019d harm people . . . I wouldn\u2019t be generous . . . I don\u2019t want to pay all those taxes . . . People will come after me, and try to beg, and borrow money . . . I\u2019ll lose my friends . . . My family will resent me . . . .My friends will beg me for money.<\/span><br \/>\n<b>Consider this:<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How can you use <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wisely?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFirst sit down, and calculate the expense.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simply look at people in your life who have a lot of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and notice the misgivings you have about them. Look at the anxieties, qualms, and complaints you have about these people, who they are, and how \u201cbadly\u201d they behave.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Happiness does not depend on having the latest things, and a lot of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<b>To think about:<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To learn what stops you from having money, look at what you wouldn\u2019t do if you had it\u2014and notice where you got that from. Begin to look at why you don\u2019t attract <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by being aware of the thoughts you have about it\u2014like the things you wouldn\u2019t do if you had money. Therein lies the key to how you hold yourself with scarcity. \u201cThinking only in terms of the next major promotion, making more <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or acquiring more stuff, fails to feed the soul,\u201d writes career counselor Tom Denham. \u201cSimply measuring success in monetary terms is shallow, and will leave you empty in the long-term.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By focusing on these things you wouldn\u2019t do, you block out the possibilities for having <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. When you get entangled, and bogged down in this type of negative thinking about <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, there isn\u2019t any opportunity for you to really attract <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> into your life, and work. You can bet that people\u2019s thinking for what they won\u2019t do is far more powerful than they\u2019re considering what they will do.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even if you don\u2019t have a long list of the things you wouldn\u2019t do if you had <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you\u2019re pretty intense, and passionate about the ones you do have. We are very strong in our convictions about what we wouldn\u2019t do. This strength of your convictions obliterates any possibility of your having <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remember that a materialistic lifestyle does not guarantee satisfaction. In fact, it tends to do the opposite. \u201cPeople whose primary motivations are financial are much more likely to be anxious, and depressed than people who value strong relationships with others,\u201d writes Dr. Jean M.\u00a0Twenge in her book Generation Me. She adds: \u201cResearch consistently finds that money cannot buy happiness\u2014after you reach a subsistence level, income is not significantly related to life satisfaction.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<b>Consider this:<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While we may need <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to survive, we should avoid greed, for it is insatiable! An article published in the Journal of Happiness Studies observed \u201cafter one\u2019s basic needs are satisfied, additional income does little to advance one\u2019s subjective well-being.\u201d Indeed, findings show that increased material consumption, especially at the cost of moral, and spiritual values, can erode happiness.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>While people today say:<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is wise to use <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> responsibly, and honestly, and be content with the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">money<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you do have.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carefully consider your future needs because the plans of the diligent one will prove to be to your advantage.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Do You Deserve to Have Money?
